Returns

If you change your mind about your selection, you may return it to us. We will gladly accept notified returns of current products in original condition within 25 days of purchase. Please be advised that we will exchange it or issue a credit note BUT NO REFUNDS.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS IN ORDER TO RETURN THE PRODUCT:

Step 1: All returns must be accompanied by a note with the details of the exchange (example: exchange these navy blue espadrilles size 9 to red espadrilles size 10)

Step 2: Ship it to:

Step 3: If you are shipping from the United States, in order to avoid custom fees, send them as : “Return to shipper, no commercial value, Total 5$”

Unless The Espadrillestore Company makes an error during the order processing ,  shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
The shipping fees will be processed via the customers account upon reception of the returned item(s), unless otherwise specified by the client.

Delivery:
In order to provide the best shipping prices, we ship via POST CANADA (insurance included) by SURFACE or AIR MAIL. It is possible to ship with other shipping companies (Ex. Federal Express, UPS,DHL,etc.). If choosing this option please advise us when ordering.
